Anything you find on the site is free. You can use them for personal use. It is forbidden to use my creations for something for resale, everything must remain free. The images used are not necessarily free of rights, they belong to their respective authors. You should not compile stationary, tubes or blinkies to burn on a CD for resale. Please, don'tmake direct links on my tubes. Please do not change the filenames. If you want to share them on the Internet, give my website address to your friends.

I work hard to keep this site free for almost 9 years, so thank you to follow these few conditions.

Terms of uses for tubes
Tubes are not just images. These are images that I put several hours of effort to remove backgroune to make it transparent. I recently saw some of my tubes on the web, the names were changed, converted to animated or otherwise. It's sad to saw my tubes without my names and all my work lost.
I just ask to don't make a data bas for resale, but if people change the names of files and share online, I lost my time and work. If someone changes the file names in his computer for personal use, it is the only one that looks, but if you share my tubes, do not change the file names. Soon I will put preview (on my website) for those who want to share my tube over the internet.

Terms of tutorials
You must not copy my tutorials on another website. If you wish to offer them to your members on a forum or other community, a small email asking me for permission, giving me the website address and I will be happy to allow you to give the address of tutorials.
